Crawfish Boil

Last weekend our next door neighbors and friends, Nicole and Kyle hosted a crawfish boil. Derek had attended one as a child when he lived in LA. For me this was a first. We finally got a hang of how to get the meat out. It was a lot of fun, but hot outside and a lot of work for less than an ounce of meat.
