We left Wed after work for Derek's Birthday Trip to Helen GA. We wanted to cut the trip in portions since the whole drive is over 8 hours long. Wed night at about 9 pm we arrived at the Econo Lodge in Tifton GA. Not a place I would reccomend or do again but it was inexpensive and pet friendly
This was the first time either girl had ever been in a hotel room. They had been game for a long drive before but never had the opportunity to stay in a place like this. They seemed to enjoy the different environment though it did not lend itself to a good nights rest for mom and dad.
