All Good Things Must Come to An End

Sunday came a little too quickly and it was time to head home. We stopped at Babyland General Hospital in Cleveland, GA to see where Cabbage Patch kids and babies are born. They are in the process of building a new and more advanced hospital which is scheduled to open in 2009. It was a lot of fun, again admission is free. We were able to get our neice Laynie, a baby which will be her Christmas present (shhhhhh... still a secret until Christmas day). The baby is an exclusive as bring born in the hospital.

The drive home is between 8 and 9 hours and lucky for us the girls have a tendency to be very good in the car. They start out excited to be in the car and crash in the back seat in no time. We are blessed to only need to make a few pit stops for them, since they are used to being in crates all day they don't worry about getting out of the car. We finished the trip by meeting Maurine's mom for a bite to eat. Then we got home in time to watch the Rays clench their 1st world series appearance!

I've been there before! A long time ago on a family trip to Georgia. How neat that it is still there. =)

We went to Babyland General on of our trips to NC when I was little. It was so much fun - the pictures bring back great memories!
