A Valance for the Day

We decided after relaxing most of the day to put in a home project. Derek hung the curtain rod we had picked out and we put the next addition to the nursery. The valance is our first animal piece we have put up in the room, though we have others just waiting. The whole theme is animals and Fisher price has a bedding and baby line called Precious Planet, it was just what we wanted. We love the color and animals on it. Plus its not just jungle. Something that made mommy happy. We love seeing the valance in the room, it really adds some warmth and lends to making the room more nursery and less walls.
