Donovan went to the Pediatrician and saw Dr. Bowers again on 1/13/10. This time he weighed in at 7lbs and 4oz. This time he also measured 20 inches long and his head measured the same size. The Dr did all the standard tests to make sure he was on target, reacting to light, etc. Dr. Bowers said our sweet boy was PERFECT and we couldn't agree more. However, because Donovan is not back up to his birth weight we have to bring him in one more time in the next week to just put him on the scale. If his weight is up and back to where he was when he was born (7lbs 8 oz) then we don't have to bring him back until his normal appointments.
