Baby's digestive system is busy creating meconium (a tarry black substance made of swallowed amniotic flud, digestive secretion and dead cells), which will be in the first diaper after birth. And, speaking of the diaper situation....baby's genitals are now fully formed. BUT....we still won't find out the baby's gender we are leaving it a surprise until Peanut's arrival in January!
