Last night we hosted a get together in our driveway and living room to ring in 2009. Our neighbors and friends came by to share a meal. We served chicken and guests brought a side to share. Everything was delicious.
I am so grateful to have neighbors who are also great friends. Stacy and I have so much in common it uncanny at times.
Derek has learned over time to not argue and be cooperative when it comes to allowing me to take a fun photo or 2. Poor guy though I really think that at times he still hopes they won't make it to the blog.
